Polymer Laboratories manufactures high performance purification media for peptides, oligonucleotides and proteins.  PL’s PLRP-S rigid macroporous styrene/divinylbenzene media is manufactured for reversed phase chromatography, and PL-SAX media for ion exchange.  PL’s media provides exceptional selectivity, ease of scale up, µg to multi kg, high efficiency at every stage, analytical through to process and chromatography across the entire pH range.  The chromatographic retention of PL’s rigid polymeric particles is comparable to ‘softer’ polymers and silica based particles.  Using PL media, there is no costly method development involved in switching to these more robust prep/process materials, simply improved process economics.
