Founded in 1995 by Dr Reto Stöcklin and his wife Sylvie in Geneva (Switzerland), Atheris Laboratories is a dynamic Biotech company offering its R&D services as a Contract Research Organization (CRO). Atheris is a peer assessed company for its expertise acquired in biochemical services, in bioinformatics and in the field of active molecules coming from animal venoms and other natural origins.

This expertise and unique know-how are proposed to academic and industrial professionals in the life sciences and covers universities, R&D institutes, Pharma, Biotech and other Health Care Industries involved in R&D programs, in discovery projects and in the development of new pharmaceutically active ingredients.

Atheris is based on high-end R&D facilities in a friendly environment: the company is located in a 200 years old farming house. Through its strong entrepreneurial spirit, Atheris has also been involved in several innovative projects and products, what we like to call our "family & friends".
